EMPLOYER BENEFITS

The National Adoption Center has conducted surveys of public and private employers throughout the United States to compile the list that follows. Included are governmental agencies, Fortune 500 and 1000 companies, Working Mother magazineęs 100 Best Companies for Working Mothers, Business Weekęs most family-friendly companies, and a wide range of businesses and corporations representing diverse industries. The list is updated as new information is received.

Many companies offer adoption benefits to their employees which may range from financial assistance to parental leave. A list of companies who provide adoption benefits has been compiled HERE. Please check to see if your company has been listed or contact your company's human resources department for more information on potential adoption benefits available to you.
