We are the people of the world. We have looked and studied and we find that we are not alone. and we now write out declaration, which is as it should be. We declare all religions to be of equal merit, that any God could have, in theory, Imbued us. We declare Atheism as a religion, and receiving the equality that suggests. we declare all Races and Genders equal, so that we may not fight within, but fight those from without. We declare that the walking dead, the Vampires, the Shape Shifters, The Fae, And the Wraiths to be outside of the laws put forth in this document. they have ignored and controlled our species for a thousands of years. All of those of the above species are to be considered out enemies, unless they make a treaty, in which they swear not to do the crimes they have been doing for all those years, and more importantly, uphold it. We declare that the six principles be followed at all time, the principles are: 
1. Honor, one must fight honerably, lest he becomes what he hunts. 
2. Sympathy, one must always be sympathetic to unawakened, lest he becomes what he hunts. 
3. Bravery, One must be brave in the face of Adversary, lest he become what he hunts. 
4. Comradeship, One must be a good comrade, and allow no other hunter to come to harm without a fight, lest he becomes what he hunts. 
5. Moderation, one must realize that not all of the Enemies are the same, and that some should be dealt with harshly, and some not, lest he becomes what he hunts. 
6. Caution: one must be cautious and watchful, lest he becomes what he hunts. 
  We find that these principles are founded, and that one shall follow all laws of the Country/City/Province unless it becomes necessary to break them. However, hunters may have another set of laws, set henceforth from now. 
1. one must not cause harm to another hunter, unless he intends to cause harm to you. 
2. One must never harm Unawakened nor Bystanders without ample reason. 
3. One must never allow a monster to harm another human being, without ample reason to do so. 
4. One must never allow Bystanders nor Unawakened to be told the story of Imbueing, lest they rise up against us. 
5. One must respect property and ownership, unless necessary to break this law. 

As our cause grows, this document with grow in response, When necessary, this Document will be the corner stone of a new government. One governed by three Hunters. but that is a long way off.
