Player Total points Avg. points per game Field goals made Field goals attempted Field goal %
Michael Jordan 5,987 33.4 2,188 4,497 .487
Karl Malone 4,769 24.7 1,743 3,768 .463
Kobe Bryant 3,686 24.3 1,323 2,971 .445
Lebron James 1,267 27.5 425 981 .433

Well now, how did that work out for Mike? He is the greatest, even though he only went to the play-offs 10 out of 15 seasons. This compared to Malone who went to the play-offs every season of his career, 19 times!!! Lebron James who is still early in his career has only gone 3 out of 5 seasons. Kobe Bryant, who's career is starting to wind down has gone to the play-offs 11 out of 12 seasons...

However, these other players making it to the play-offs don't translate to wins. Like in Malone's case, he only went to the finals twice, losing both times to Jordan and the Bulls!!! Bryant, who has been 11 out of 12 seasons, has won only 3 championships. Lebron, considered by many to be the next Jordan has yet to bring home a Championship ring. Hmmm, interesting, how many titles has his 'Airness' brought home? Six, 6 out of 10 appearences have ended in RINGS!!!

  • So still feel like going against the grain do ya?

Well tell me below who you like...
