I rescued Jasper when he was 6 years old. He came to the kennel where I was working at the time, to be boarded for a while until he could be taken to Boxer Rescue. I fell in love with him, and the day before he was to be taken away I took him home on the 28 November 2002. He is now 8 and a half years old.
My life has changed dramatically to better suit us both. He is my white angel and my closest friend. We go to work together, and to do this I have gotten rid of my car and bought a van with a dog guard and large bed in the back so he can be with me as much as possible. All my friends and family find it unusual if I arrive without him and had to get used to if they want me there then not far away is Jasper. I call him my white angel because he's always close, and I've never found that to be the case when people are concerned.

Jasper's pedigree name is Jasper Gooner Ziggy. Gooner is after the first White Boxer I ever met and Ziggy is a Boxer (brindle bitch) that I was very close to. Both of these made me fall in love with the breed, so I gave Jasper these names and he has turned out to be just as close to me.

Jasper has two "brothers" - Milo (a Border Collie) and Diesel (a Lurcher), and one "sister" - Sophie (a Yorkshire Terrier).
