Description Bit.

Four diasporic ragers based in London release 6 songs of fast fury at the state of the nation. After a positive response to the demo released early 2011, STAB continue to look back at 80s UK Hardcore whilst dissecting the now, turning their backs on the current wave of whinging punk prophesying end times to justify inaction and indifference. Bringing their cultural backgrounds together amidst recent events such as riots, failed protests and the isolationism of their island home, STAB attempts to pierce both soundwaves and minds with this record. Fans of loud, fast noise take note!

As always QCHQ is a vinyl nerds kinda label! Mastered at Dubplates Berlin and pressed at French plant MPO for top quality vinyl experience. Printed disco sleeve matte card 320gsm and stickered polythene bag to ensure a maximally raging addition to your vinyl shelves.

Death Evocation 7"

Sacrilege style jams from some special guests visiting the UK from Boston, USA, explore the mechanisation of society, alienation and rise of the wastelands. Turbulent female vocals cut through some serious chug and a familiar snare sound creating images of a metal army marching against police bastard tyranny, alongside some seriously wank-worthy solos. Slayer and early Trouble influences also play a part, what is not to like?

Crazy Spirit Remastered Demo 12"

QCHQ presents Crazy Spirit's Demo Tape '09 remastered and edited by Steve Rooke at Abbey Road Studios onto a solid slab of 12". A screenprinted mailer and hand stamped innersleeve conceal the secrets within. Feast your gaze onto a vision of nefarious colour as a poster-sized screenprinted beast unfolds and envelopes your mind, and the music starts to take you underground...

Spawned from the concrete, steel, garbage fluid and tar of New York City natives, Crazy Spirit presents not a demonstration of a series of concise ruminations on life, that seemingly impose order with beginnings and ends, but a constantly mutating chimera, the monotonous screaming of millions of parasitical beings crawling through the many layers of this urban nest they have built to enslave themselves in. These are variations on a theme by urban strigils scraping away the extraneous chatter to identify repetitive patterns and weave them together. Hear yea the booming Crisis marching of a cool death or the sarcastic melody of snakes all compered by a Paul Mahernesque hyena.
