Cardio Combat: A high intensity, low impact class incorporating puching and kicking. Something a little different from your average aerobics class.
Circuit: All levels. A free weights based class with some cardio. If you want some awesome cross-training then give this class a go. |
Step: Intermediate to advanced. If you need a challenging cardio workout this is the class for you.
Pump: Beginners to advanced. A variable resistance workout using weights, an ideal way to tone your body.
