Body Blast: A bit of everything, circuit, pump and step. This class is great for fat burning and toning.

Cardio Combat: A high intensity, low impact class incorporating puching and kicking. Something a little different from your average aerobics class.

Circuit: All levels. A free weights based class with some cardio. If you want some awesome cross-training then give this class a go.
Step: Intermediate to advanced. If you need a challenging cardio workout this is the class for you.

Pump: Beginners to advanced. A variable resistance workout using weights, an ideal way to tone your body.

Older Fitness Class: A lower intensity circuit class designed with the older person in mind.

Pilates: Floor exercises focusing on corre strengthening and postual correction.
