Doris Elizabeth (Hamilton) Murch

She was born on August 9, 1908 at Pugwash, N.S and died on April 6th, 2002. She was adopted by Foster Stearns Hamilton and Charlotte Rose (Fields) Hamilton. Her real father was John Hamilton? and her mother was Jenny (?) Hamilton? She married Kenneth Clark Murch Sr. on May 23, 1936. Her real father was killed in a train accident and Foster and Charlotte took Doris to the funeral. At the funeral she asked if Foster and his wife would take her in as their own and they did. Florence Hamilton told me this. She had three children:

• Jean Louise (Murch) Kohlmayer (August 14, 1940)


• Kenneth Clark Murch Jr. (July 20, 1949)
