EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS ($200-$800)
With exclusive rights you'll be able to use the beat for all-profitable commercial recording or broadcasting purposes. Once exclusives are sold the beat is no longer available. Exclusive rights are sold to only one user and cannot be resold or transferred to any other party. Once you have purchased the beat you will receive a CD in person or in the mail containing the full beat as audio, the full beat in wav format, and the separate parts of the beat as individual wav files. In addition you will receive a signed Nemesis Productions contract granting you exclusive rights to the beat.
LEASING RIGHTS ($100-$300)
With leasing rights you can use the beat for only one profitable commercial recording or broadcast purpose, you will have non-exclusive rights to the beat. This is perfect if you're working on a low budget album. Leasing rights can be sold multiple times by Nemesis Productions and the beat remains for sale. Once you have purchased the beat you will receive a CD in person or in the mail containing the full beat as audio, the full beat in wav format, and the separate parts of the beat as individual wav files. In addition you will receive a signed Nemesis Productions contract granting you non-exclusive rights to the beat.
CUSTOM BEATS ($1,000+ per beat)
Custom Beat services are available for established artists and record companies who are serious about putting together an artist's Album/EP project and have the budget to finance such a project. Custom Beats are sold to only one user and the exclusive rights to use the obtained Custom Beat cannot be resold or transferred to any other party. I will work with you to make the track just the way you want it. Prices will depend on the complexity of the track, and how long it takes to come up with the final accepted version but pricing starts at $1,000 per Custom Beat.
DEMOS ($800+)
Demos consist of three fully tracked songs, two CD’s, and a bio. The prices for a demo will start at $800 and can go up depending on the services needed. You will receive a list of the names and numbers for all major record labels. And will automatically be sent to two independent labels and one Management Company at your request.
NOTE
You can hear my work at my artist page at at soundclick Due to unscheduled changes I will no longer be using my studio for recording. I will how ever be available too go to a studio rented by the artist to help track a beat. For those services there will be a $75/hour charge added on to the price of the beat. In most cases the first hour and thirty minuets will be free. Also if you need a snip-it CD sent to you there will be a $100 charge for 12 snip-its. I offer ghost writing services at $45 per verse.
