Jamie Dirmeyer - Owner / Coach  

Jamie has been involved in twirling since the age of 4.  She has been teaching for 9 years, and operating her own group now for 8 years.  Along with being the owner, Jamie is the Baton Director at Karizma and teaches most of the classes.  Along with her work at Karizma, she also has been involved in many area high school auxilary units.  Jamie hopes to continue spreading the joy of this sport for years to come.

Shirley Sanderson  - Van Wert Flag Director--- Shirley has been involved in flag twirling for many years.  She began at age 11 and continued as a member of her high school color guard.

Jenny Myers - Dance Director -  Jenny is an assistant instructor at Dancers Elite in Bluffton, Ohio.  She has been dancing since age 3. We are happy to have her join us as we grow in our dance department.

Leslie Phillips - Cheernastics Director - Leslie has been teaching for many years.  She teaches many classes at the local YWCA.

Maggie Miklos - Assistant Baton Coach - Maggie has been twirling for many years.  She is currently on the color guard at her high school.  She began teaching with us in April of 2001.

Judy Heatwole - Secretary/Receptionist - We are glad to have Judy volunteer to help with our accounts this year!
