September 2006 Prayer Log
2 Corinthians 1:3-5
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of
compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our
troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we
ourselves have received from God. For just as the sufferings of Christ flow
over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows.

2 Corinthians 12:9
My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.

Look at 2 Corinthians 1 - sufferings flow - but comfort from the Lord
overflows. It seems the more pain there is, the more comfort from the
Lord there is AND the comfort is bigger than the pain. If you've ever
experienced the Lord's comfort, you know this is true. This makes for an
extremely grateful heart!

Bleeding Hearts

Who would guess?
Such beauty in bleeding hearts?

Hearts softened by pain
often rest -

in a heightened sense
of the Lord's presence.

Grateful Hearts

Hearts touched, softened by pain
The sufferings of Christ flow
Weakened hearts rely on His strength
Hearts softened, draw near the throne
The comfort of Christ overflows
Boldly hearts find His mercy and grace
His comfort deeper than any pain
Hearts softened, touched
Hearts perfected by the author the finisher of their faith
Hearts lifted in praise
Hearts lifted from the depths to the heights
Grateful hearts
Thankful, lifted in praise.

Hebrews 4:16
Let us then come boldly to the throne of grace, so that we may receive
mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
How Deep the Father's Love for Us Written by Stuart Townend
.
How deep the Father's love for us, how vast beyond all measure
That he should give his only son, to make a wretch his treasure
How great the pain of searing loss, the Father turned his face away
As wounds which mar the chosen one, bring many sons to glory
.
Behold the man upon a cross, my sin upon his shoulders Ashamed,
I hear my mocking voice call out among the scoffers
It was my sin that held him there until it was accomplished
His dying breath has brought me life; I know that it is finished
.
I will not boast in anything: no gifts, no power, no wisdom
But I will boast in Jesus Christ; his death and resurrection
Why should I gain from his reward? I cannot give an answer
But this I know with all my heart: his wounds have paid my ransom

Lord surround each of us with Your love, fill us to overflowing with the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Lift us up with Your mighty right hand. Thank You Lord Jesus that we are more than conquerors thru Him who loves us. Thank You for Your everlasting, unfailing love; a love that can not be taken from us!
.
Romans 8:37-39
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Proverbs 1:23
If you had responded to My rebuke, I would have poured out My heart to you and made My thoughts known to you.

"Wow," I thought to myself. My conclusion after reading it? If we yield to the Lord in suffering, we may not have an escape from the situations that cause pain, but we will have intimate fellowship with the One who will come alongside us to give some sense of meaning in the midst of things because He will share His very thoughts with us. He will actually share His heart with us. How precious is that?

DEEPER THAN THE PAIN
Kimberly Lefebvre ... September 29, 06

O Lord, how precious are your thoughts to me,
How blessed is the one who knows You intimately.
For life bears thorns and briers,
but You give greater grace.
O Lord, how precious Your ways!

And I look up from my abandoned tears
To find You there with words to calm my deepest fears
for when I'm all alone
still You stay here with me,
O Lord, such precious company!

So tell me again,
I'm not alone in these things
Hold my hand
And my soul finds strength to sing
There I am- Your beloved
held beneath Your wing,
to hear each precious thing,
each thought that passes from my King!
O Lord, the solace that You bring!
For Your thoughts Lord, reach me deeper than the pain.

Thy Will
Karen Holland ... 9-30-06

A heart touched, overcome with pain
Kneels in a garden
Weeping in darkness
Alone this heart prays
In anguish the heart yields.

Kneeling before the Lord, I know
No matter how deep the pain
How heavy the burden to bear
He will not let me break
He will not let me fall
He is my shield

He lifts my head
Lifted up by His hand
Secure in this knowledge I stand
No matter how deep the pain
No matter how dark the night

I am never alone
His love is deeper than any pain

For He yielded His heart
Accepted the cup
And drank.

Matthew 26:42
He went away a second time and prayed, "My Father, if it is not possible for this cup to be taken away unless I drink it, may your will be done."

Psalm 3:3
But you are a shield around me, O LORD; You bestow glory on me and lift up my head.

How Deep

How beautiful you are, my darling, How beautiful you are!
    Your eyes are like doves behind your veil;

His eyes are like doves beside streams of water,
Bathed in milk, and reposed in their setting.

The bride has the eyes of a dove. When a dove fixes its gaze upon its mate, it is not distracted by any activities around it. It possesses a singleness of eye for its mate alone.

The bride has eyes for Christ alone. This gives the bride a spiritual awareness and commitment which lifts her above the pulls of the earth. The bride is sensitive to the Lord's presence, and obedient to His desire and purpose. This comes from continually beholding the bridegroom. David knew this singleness of mind, this intenese desire to behold the Lord.

One thing I have desired of the LORD, that will I seek:
That I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life,
To behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in His temple.

The Lord's favor rests upon the bride, upon the one who seeks to behold His beauty. The bride can be easily led by Him, for she is close enough to see which way His eye is looking.

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.

This continued beholding of the bridegroom also results in the stripping away of the veil, revealing the Lord's glory. The bride is transformed in Christ's likeness with ever-increasing glory. The more the bride is transformed, the more she reflects the eyes of her lover, the eyes of the dove. The gaze of the bride challenges anyone who sees it to also turn to the Lord, to behold Him and receive His Spirit.

But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is stripped off and taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

What can be seen in the eyes of the dove? The Lord's favor.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. {There is freedom!}

Neat pic - Thou Hast Dove Eyes:
http://www.donnasmallenberg.com/gallery13.html

It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Prisons come in many forms. Many people do the responsible thing or what they think is their duty because they know they must. They are trapped. Caught between their own desires and their own sense of duty. Jesus came to set us free from putting on our own sense of duty. He sets us free to seek and follow God's will, God's plan.

Be set free in Christ, stand firm,
do not pick up the heavy yoke of slavery again,
do not make your own robe,
do not trust in your own works.

Believe,
trust in Christ alone,
this is the work God requires.
His yoke is easy, His burden light.

Believe,
delight greatly in the LORD, rejoice.
It is the bridegroom who adorns you,
with garments of salvation,
a robe of righteousness,
fine linen, bright and clean.

Believe,
trust in Christ alone,
by a gift of grace you have been saved,
put on the garments the Lord has prepared,
prepared in advance for you to do.
He is the potter,
we are the clay,
a work of His hands.

Believe,
the Son sets free,
be free indeed.

Then they asked him, "What must we do to do the works God requires?"
Jesus answered, "The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent."

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

I delight greatly in the LORD; my soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready. Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear." (Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of the saints.)
Then the angel said to me, "Write: 'Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!' " And he added, "These are the true words of God."

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

O LORD, you are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand.

Showers of Blessing, His Freedom It Reigns Will Your Anchor Hold
Priscila Jane Owens

Will your anchor hold in the storms of life,
When the clouds unfold their wings of strife?
When the strong tides lift, and the cables strain,
Will your anchor drift, or firm remain?

We have an anchor that keeps the soul
Steadfast and sure while the billows roll;
Fastened to the rock which cannot move,
Grounded firm and deep in the Saviour’s love!

Will your anchor hold in the straits of fear?
When the breakers roar and the reef is near;
While the surges rave, and the wild winds blow,
Shall the angry waves then your bark o’erflow?

Will your anchor hold in the floods of death,
When the waters cold chill your latest breath?
On the rising tide you can never fail,
While your anchor holds within the veil.

Will your eyes behold through the morning light
The city of gold and the harbour bright?
Will your anchor safe by the heavenly shore,
When life’s storms are past for evermore?

James 1:5-6

If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.

Matthwe 7:24-27

Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.

Luke 6:46-49
Why do you call me, 'Lord, Lord,' and do not do what I say? I will show you what he is like who comes to me and hears my words and puts them into practice. He is like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built. But the one who hears my words and does not put them into practice is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. The moment the torrent struck that house, it collapsed and its destruction was complete.

Isaiah 40:8
The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God stands forever.

Isaiah 26:4
Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD, the LORD, is the Rock eternal.

Colossians 3:12-15
As God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts!

Mike and Joan were having some problems at home and were giving each other the "silent treatment." But then Mike realized that he would need his wife to wake him at 5:00 am for an early morning drive with some pals to a golf match. Not wanting to be the first to break the silence (and lose the "war"), he wrote on a piece of paper, "Please wake me at 5:00 am." The next morning, Mike woke up, only to discover it was 9:00 am and that his friends would have left for the golf course without him. Furious, he was about to go and see why his wife hadn't awakened Him when he noticed a piece of paper by the bed. The paper said, "It's 5:00 am. Wake up."

_____________________________________________________________________

'The Silent Treatment' we've all probably experienced this at one time or another. Just what is this? Essentially the 'silent treatment' is the MANIPULATION of a person's well-being and response through the actions of another. When we engage in the silent treatment, we are manipulating the response of another through an ungodly motive rather than communion.

The 'silent treatment' is the number one hindrance to building christ-like relationships, to building community ...

Ephesians 4:1-6
As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to one hope when you were called— one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. It's time for the dove to lean on her beloved
to rise up from the desert
and stand firm ...

Songs 8:5
"Who is this coming up from the wilderness
Leaning on her beloved?"
"Beneath the apple tree I awakened you;
There your mother was in labor with you,
There she was in labor and gave you birth."

Romans 8:19, 22-23
The creation waits in eager expectation for God's sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship].

We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit [a foretaste of the blissful things to come] , groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption, the redemption of our bodies [our manifestation as God's sons].

Your Dove Sings
Karen Holland ... 9-15-06

Trusting in You, Lord
Leaning on the solid Rock, Your dove
Resting in Your mercy
Surrounded by Your love
Refreshed, revived, renewed
Face so lovely, voice so sweet
Beneath the shadow of Your wings
Your dove sings

Sheltered in the clefts of the Rock
Secure in Your mighty hand
Your dove will be able to rise up and take a firm stand
Trusting not in what is fragile
Trusting not in man, his wisdom, his works
Nor in his arm that has no power

Trusting in the Rock eternal
Beneath the shadow of Your wings
Your dove, is lovingly held in perfect peace
Leaning on the solid Rock, her beloved
In the secluded secret place of the cliffs
Your dove fervently sings

Job 8:13-15
Such is the destiny of all who forget God;
so perishes the hope of the godless.
What he trusts in is fragile  ;
what he relies on is a spider's web.
He leans on his web, but it gives way;
he clings to it, but it does not hold.

Psalm 20:7-8
Some trust in chariots and some in horses,
but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.
They are brought to their knees and fall,
but we rise up and stand firm.

Song of Solomon 2:14-15
[So I went with him, and when we were climbing the rocky steps up the hillside, my beloved shepherd said to me] O my dove, [while you are here] in the seclusion of the clefts in the solid rock, in the sheltered and secret place of the cliff, let me see your face, let me hear your voice; for your voice is sweet, and your face is lovely.
[My heart was touched and I fervently sang to him my desire]

Psalm 63:7
Because You are my help, I sing in the shadow of Your wings.

Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD with all your heart,
      And lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths.

Psalm 32:10
the LORD's unfailing love surrounds the man who trusts in Him.
[ relies on, and confidently leans on the Lord]

Isaiah 26:3-4
You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you. Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD, the LORD, is the Rock eternal.

It's interesting how this compliments Marsha Burns word ...

September 15, 2006: Beloved you are living in perilous times, and the enemy does stalk you as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. Therefore, you must stay close to Me, says the Lord. Draw near with full assurance that I am your fortress, your place of protection, and you can find refuge and safety in Me. Do not be afraid, but be vigilant to avoid danger.

Psalm 91:1-4 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust." Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.

This word fits with the dove to rise up from the desert & standing firm ...

Part of this rising up process is worship!

Let the dove sing, let it's sweet song rise,
let the glory of the Lord be revealed....

Daughters Of Sion To Stand Up
Catharina Schouten

It is time for the daughters of Sion to stand up! He is calling us to be HIS
secret weapon!

Let us pray that we can organize a meeting in Jerusalem!

Please pray with us, your sisters in the Netherlands for the Esther meeting
we will have at

the 30th of September in the Netherlands!

And for the ones among you who are thinking:

"Who am I is this something I can do?" read the word through: Catharina
Schouten

Luke 13: 16 This woman belongs to the family of Abraham, but Satan has
kept her bound for eighteen years. Isn't it right to set her free on the
Sabbath?? 17 Jesus' words made his enemies ashamed. But everyone else
in the crowd was happy about the wonderful things he was doing.

It is time that we as His daughters stand up, and proclaim the good news!
In September ( 30th of September close to Yom Kipper) we will have a
meeting in the Netherlands to call out the Esthers! My vision is that we
will go with women all over the world to Jerusalem, to weep there for the
Nations!

Father told me, Your tears will soften My heart!

Jeremiah 9: 17 The Lord All-Powerful said, ?Send for the women who are
paid to weep"

Vision:

Yeshua /Jesus is standing behind us! With one hand He is drawing us
closer to Him!

And we are leaning with our back towards Him....With His left hand He is
holding us close to His heart! His right hand makes a sign: STOP! He told
me in my heart: " I wont allow any longer that My daughters are being
oppressed! No longer! I will not allow it, that My daughters are being
humiliated, that they are not allowed to do what I Am calling them to do..!
I will open a door for them, but although I will OPEN the door, the hallway
is full of cobweb and you must clean it! How? By proclaiming My word,
and prayer and persevere (persist)

Some of you I will take to there Gethsemane. It will be a desert period so
they will only lean on Me!

Do not judge and do not be angry at each other...Only lean on your
beloved!" Galatians 3: 28 Faith in Christ Jesus is what makes each of you
equal with each other, whether you are a Jew or a Greek, a slave or a free
person, a man or a woman.

Father tells us:

Dance, My bride.
Dance, daughter of Zion, the dance of liberty.
Dance, My daughter, Dance.
Drop those bandages.
Come out of your hiding place.
I AM is calling you by your name!
Stand. Stand. I will increase (promote) you.
Dance. Dance the dance of liberty.
Take of the bandages.
The smell of myrrh is filling the room.
Your beauty may be seen.
Stand up, Lazarus. Stand up, daughter of Zion.
Stand up. The light will come over you.
Dance the dance of liberty.
I AM is blowing.
I AM is blowing over you with the wind of My Spirit.
Come!
Stand up. Stand up. Stand up.
I AM is calling you!
Dance, My love. Dance your dance of freedom
I saw a golden door handle and the door went open.
I saw a person come out of bandages ? and Jesus on a white horse.
His hand took the hand of His daughter, His Bride.
It is time to stand up in the freedom of the Spirit!
This word is for some individuals (daughters of Yeshua), but also for the
Bride --- the Body of Christ!

Sing my dove
Sing O daughter of Zion
Lift up your voice on the wall

Sing my dove
Your beloved is with you
He is mighty to save
He delights in your song

Sing my dove
For you will be revealed
In the midst of the congregation
My dove will be declared
In the midst of the congregation
Your beloved will sing to you
He will rejoice over you with singing

Sing my dove
Sing O daughter of Zion
Lift up your voices on the wall
Rejoice with all your heart

Zephaniah 3:14-17
Sing, O Daughter of Zion;
       shout aloud, O Israel!
Be glad and rejoice with all your heart,
       O Daughter of Jerusalem!
The LORD has taken away your punishment,
he has turned back your enemy.
       The LORD, the King of Israel, is with you;
never again will you fear any harm.
On that day they will say to Jerusalem,
       "Do not fear, O Zion;
do not let your hands hang limp.
The LORD your God is with you,
       he is mighty to save.
He will take great delight in you,
he will quiet you with his love,
he will rejoice over you with singing."

Hebrews 2:10-12
For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. For both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren, saying:

 ? I will declare Your name to My brethren;
In the midst of the assembly I will sing praise to You.?

Isaiah 52:8
Your watchmen shall lift up their voices,
      With their voices they shall sing together;
For they shall see eye to eye
When the LORD brings back Zion.

REFRESHMENT!

Come, my darling and seek me afresh

Come and lay hold of me while your soul takes a rest

Bask in my presence and you will see

The wonder and beauty of abiding in me

Feel my droplets of love coming down from on high

Let them refresh you like rain from the sky

You are a sweet treasure, my beautiful love

Your voice is sweet, you are gentle as a dove

Come take my hand, we’ll stroll down my lanes (in the garden)

Where I will heal you of all your pain

-------------
Debbie Brown

Thanks Debbie -- I'm refreshed!

:)

Showers of blessings, let it rain

Your unfailing love as gentle rain

Showers of blessings, let it reign

Refreshed, revived, renewed,

Trusting in You,

Surrounded by Your love, let me stay

Your unfailing love as gentle rain

Showers of blessings, let it reign ...

Psalm 32:10
the LORD's unfailing love surrounds the man who trusts in him.

Psalm 33:22
May your unfailing love rest upon us, O LORD, even as we put our hope in you.

Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the LORD will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you.

There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells.

Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb ...

Wings and Waves of Glory

This worshipper is clothed with fire, radiating the glory and presence of God. As this worshipper moves boldly forward the waters part and the glory is ushered in. The river is swirling with songs from the throne.

The wings are symbolic of the freedom that comes walking with Christ. Symbolic of freedom and power and living above circumstances. The wings symbolize the hope and freedom in Christ that is yet to come, that we have not yet experienced or imagined.

Can you feel the stirring that comes with abandoned praise? When we come together and praise with our whole hearts, the stirring is strong!

This is an image of victory, of looking forward to the Lion of Judah's return, when the earth will be filled with the Lord's glory.

***

For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God.

Waves of Glory
Abandoned Worship Do you find yourself in the desert? In a seemingly dry barren place?

Take heart!
This unlikely place is your place of rest -
a place of shelter -
a place away from the storm -
a place the Lord has allured you to.

Listen for His voice -
here He will speak tenderly to you,
He will comfort you.

Sing, O barren woman, sing -
dance, worship the LORD your God with all your heart -
for you are being prepared for your husband -
the LORD almighty.

He is awaiting His dove, His bride -
in the desert -
she will be restored.

Look for the door of hope that will be placed before you -
the door of hope -
found in the desert - in the valley of Achor.

Look for the open door of hope.

Psalm 55:6-8
I said, "Oh, that I had the wings of a dove!
I would fly away and be at rest-
I would flee far away and stay in the desert;
I would hurry to my place of shelter, far from the tempest and storm."

Hosea 2:14-16
“ Therefore, behold, I will allure her,
I will lead her into the wilderness, and speak tenderly to her.
There I will give her back her vineyards, and the Valley of Achor {Trouble} as a door of hope;
She shall sing there, as in the days of her youth,
As in the day when she came up from the land of Egypt.
“ And it shall be, in that day,” says the LORD,
“ That you will call Me ‘My Husband,’ and no longer call Me ‘My Master’ ...

Isaiah 54:1, 5, 10
Sing, O barren woman, you who never bore a child;
Burst into song, shout for joy, you who were never in labor;
Because more are the children of the desolate woman than of her who has a husband," says the LORD.

For your Maker is your husband—
The LORD Almighty is his name—
The Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer;
He is called the God of all the earth.

Though the mountains be shaken
And the hills be removed,
Yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken
Nor my covenant of peace be removed," says the LORD, who has compassion on you.

I see the dove going thru the open door of hope that the Lord placed before them in the desert. The dove is in worship -- 'abandoned worship' as it passes thru the open door of hope. Everything that it seemingly lost by being in the desert is restored. : )

There I will give her back her vineyards, and the Valley of Achor {Trouble} as a door of hope; She shall sing there, as in the days of her youth, As in the day when she came up from the land of Egypt. “ And it shall be, in that day,” says the LORD, “ That you will call Me ‘My Husband,’ and no longer call Me ‘My Master’ ...

I looked at this pic because of it's title. Abandoned Worship is key in 'seeing' & going thru the door of hope -- notice the description that the artist (Gwen Meharg) put with this pic!!!

Abandoned Worship

Praise Ye the Lord. Hallelujah!
The "Prophetic" dancing with "New Beginnings"
dancing with "Grace Mercy and Passion."
The figures are worshipping with their whole hearts.
The atmosphere joins in their praise and adoration of God.

Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior. The Sovereign LORD is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to go on the heights.

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.

Small Straws In A Soft Wind by Marsha Burns

September 6, 2006: Look forward to significant breakthrough as I lead and guide you in the flow of My Spirit, says the Lord. Victory is assured for those who keep pressing through every challenge. Weeping may endure in the darkness, but joy comes with the morning light. Refuse to give up hope. This long and arduous trail of tears is coming to an end.

Psalms 30:5
For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.

September 7, 2006: Beloved, trust Me with the issues that produce oppression and hopelessness. Certainly if there was anything that you could do to fix it, you would have done so. The only thing left for you to do is release it to Me, says the Lord. And, in order to do that you must let go once and for all and move past this point of despair and victimization. That is the only road to recovery and victory. Leave the past behind and move forward into the realm of hope and a new beginning.

Philippians 3:13
Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead.

I feel strongly that the door of hope is being placed before more than one dove! Again -- abandoned worship is the key to 'seeing' & going thru this door -- surrender all with complete abandon unto the LORD -- press forward.

Be 'Released'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looking thru His eyes -- the desert can be beautiful. : )

Deuteronomy 32:10-11
In a desert land he found him, in a barren and howling waste. He shielded him and cared for him; He guarded him as the apple of his eye, Like an eagle that stirs up its nest and hovers over its young, that spreads its wings to catch them and carries them on its pinions.

Psalm 17:8
Keep me as the apple of your eye; Hide me in the shadow of your wings

The desert -- in this unlikely place -- the Lord's voice speaks comfort and hope.

-- it is a place of shelter -
-- a place away from the storm -
-- a place the Lord has allured you to.

A place where the Lord shields you &
guards you as the apple of His eye.
His wings hover over you like an eagle hovers over its young
There under the protection of His wings
held in His gaze you are the apple of His eye
you are being prepared for your husband -
the LORD almighty.

He is awaiting His dove, His bride -
in the desert -
she will be prepared & restored.
