WILL MTV EVER PLAY MUSIC??
You know, when flipping thru the channels on tv, I constantly have to ask myself- does MTV ever air any MUSIC?! Good god people, how many mindless episodes of the Real World or the appalling sex show, Undressed are we going to have to sit thru? I mean, MTV is supposed to be all about young people, and it scares me, because if most people near myk age are like this and watch this garbage, someone punch me in the head so I can be sleep thru it! What annoys me the most is the fact that a network called music television can get by without barely ever showing music, and when they do show music, it's the same 10 videos over and over and over. This is not quality television, and whoever told the programmers it was is nuts. I'm looking forward to a day when young isn't automatically equal to moronic. I must say that most people, as far as I can tell, are morons, so maybe what I'm hoping for is impossible. Anyhow...someday maybe we'll see music on Music Television, and they'll cut all this stupid real world/road rules/sex sex sex shit.
