Moronic Woman Sues McDonalds
because pickle supposedly "seared" her chin
A woman (location unknown) has recently sued McDonalds for a total of $200, 000. Her husband has also sued for another $15, 000. The woman claims a pickle fell out of a burger she was eating, and it "seared" the skin on her chin. She says she has over $100, 000 in medical bills due to the "injury," plus lost wages. She is suing for an extra $100, 000 for mental anguish she says she has suffered. Her husband added $15, 000 to the suit, claiming his wife was in so much pain, she couldn't have sex with him, and he clearly thinks he is owed money due to the "loss" of sex. This woman is a plain idiot...that's what I have to say about it. It's stupid people like this that cause such misery for many Americans. Most people don't realize this, but companies never really lose many because of these ridiculous lawsuits. To make the money back they might lose, they raise the prices on their products. That's simple enough. Raise prices, make the cash back, and go back to business as usual. This is the problem with outrageous auto insurance prices. Auto insurance wasn't always so ridiculous. It only became that way after a billion morons filed false claims with their companies, screwing their insurance company, but also screwing out all other consumers. In this country, we are constantly punished for the actions of others. People need to get a clue and stop this ignorant stuff. Live your lives, stop trying to steal cash whenever you can, and shut up. If all people would do this, we'd be so much better off.
