BRITNEY SPEARS' new wayward behavior has now stretched beyond her
smoking habit - she's been spotted trying to illegally buy
alcohol.
The OOPS!...I DID IT AGAIN beauty, 20, has been spotted out
drinking on several occasions while touring in places like
Europe, where the legal age for alcohol purchasing is 18.
But in her native America, it's illegal across all states for
anyone under the age of 21 to purchase booze - but it didn't stop
the belly-baring blonde from trying.
The sexy singer took a trip to DIMPLES, a karaoke bar in Burbank,
California, and persistently attempted to get her hands on doses
of intoxicating liquids, but not even her phenomenal star power
would budge the law-abiding staff.
One employee tells American magazine US WEEKLY, "She kept on
trying to order drinks and was shot down.
"She tried all night, but no one would do it because all the
waitresses knew she was underage."
