LAST SEEN WEARING: Stone washed Levi blue jeans (Size 32x34), Blue Nike baseball cap, & a dark brown carhart type jacket (Size 10). Hiking boots.
EDUCATION: Hermiston High School in Hermiston, Oregon.
VOLUNTEER: As of December 12, 2004 numerous volunteers, searchers have covered more than 4 mile radius of the point he was last seen. There has been NO signs of Jeromy.

SMOKING HABITS: He is a Smoker. Usually smokes Marlboro Reds.

ITEMS WITH HIM: He was carrying a rifle, a silver watch, a gold wedding band, wallet, his car keys and possibly a pocket knife. None of these items have been found.

FAVORITE THINGS TO DO: Enjoys risk taking adventures, camping, and anything outdoors.
FAVORITE FOODS: Chicken Adobo, Taco Bell, Chevy's, & anything Mexican.
ALLERGIES: Unknown.
EMPLOYMENT: He worked as an industrial painter at S&K Painting. Certified Coatings of California was his recent employers. He was a industrial painter/blaster that paints bridges.
VEHICLE: 2000 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck (Green). His truck is still in his family's possession.
CIRCUMSTANCES: Jeromy was on an annual hunting trip when the hunting party lost sight of camp and continued on foot to find camp. The 2 other hunters returned to the truck; however, Jeromy did not. He was reported missing on October 17, 2004 and still no sighting or clues of Jeromy's disappearance.

DIRECTIONS TO THE PLACE HE DISAPPEARED AT: Directions from Salem: Hwy 22 (MIssion St.) to downtown Salem, Proceed to West Salem by crossing the Marion Street Bridge, Take the Dayton Exit, Continue 7 miles to Lincoln, at the yellow flashing light go left, Continue West until you come to a red flashing light, take a right towards Amity/McMinnville, once you have entered McMinnville at the 2nd light turn right. Continue North, you will see a Skippers and a 76 station, turn left before the chevron station (baker st), Continue North for approx. 5 miles, at the four way stop turn left on Meadowlake Rd, Meadowlake turns into Nestucca Rd. You will past 3 campgrounds: Dovre, Fan Crk, and Elk Bend, turn Right onto Elk Crk Rd do not cross the bridge, continue until you come to a gravel area, turn right onto Boundary.
