IT Director

IT Director has the most highly visible and politically complicated positions in most organizations and they are important for the success of the IT Departments , therefore it is very important to get the right person that will be suitable for the right job. To be able to get the right person it is necessary to define correctly the role of the It director.

The responsibilities of IT director includes management of the utility functions that allow the business to reach more market and customers and gain competitive advantage. It is not necessary that the best candidate suitable for the It Director must be from the IT department alone, can also be from the business side because It directors are also required to be responsive to all business and business styles.

  • Customer satisfaction: Interact customers to ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
  • Training : Provide training for all IT users for a productive use of the avialable and new systems
