Prairie Caterers had its humble beginnings in my kitchen, way back in 1950. Now, we are pleased to announce the opening of our new facility, in the heart of Chicago. We have truly come along way! With the opening of our new catering hall, we will now be expanding our operations to include corporate events along with our tradition catering services, while maintaining the personal touch that we have brought to your weddings, anniversaries, graduation parties, etc. for over half a century.
