I am a classically trained pianist and a jazz musician. I have presented recitals and played on the jazz circuit for many years.

    I particularly enjoy motivating pupils to find their own level. This may mean them following the classical grade tradition, or, learning to enjoy playing their own style of music. What it never means is repressing the desire to play strict boundaries or boring lessons.
