Mr. Hartline is the managing attorney and founded Hartline Law Office in 2012. He has experience in criminal law, civil disputes, real estate transactions, and mediation.
Mr. Hartline worked for the Orange County District Attorney's office (Santa Ana, California) and the civil mediation clinic of the Riverside County Courthouse (Riverside, California), and currently handles criminal defense appointments in the Jackson County Courthouse (Scottsboro, Alabama) as well as private criminal and civil litigation, family law matters, social security disability cases, and mass torts. Having served as a United States Marine, he also takes pride in providing legal assistance in veterans' affairs cases and issues. Mr. Hartline's primary focus is litigation, having trial practice training under the Honorable James E. Rogan (Judge, Superior Court of California, Orange County), the former prosecutor in President Bill Clinton's impeachment trial and member of the United States House of Representatives (R-CA-27).
Mr. Hartline is fluent in Spanish, and he speaks intermediate Mandarin Chinese. He is an accomplished musician, performing live whenever possible. Along with his wife Joanie, he enjoys coffee so much that they started a coffee shop together: www.pinebrotherscoffee.com.
