The BP OIL SPILL SETTLEMENT was ordered in December of 2012, and includes ALL residents of Alabama, including North Alabama, that meet certain requirements. We urge you to submit the documentation necessary to submit a claim EVEN IF you think there is NO WAY you would receive compensation. You have nothing to lose, and you do not pay us unless you recover funds from BP.

There is no requirement that your business or job was directly oil-related. In fact, many businesses and places of employment are included that are not at all oil-related; for example, clothing boutiques or window treatment businesses.

We are currently handling BP OIL SPILL SETTLEMENT claims for businesses AND individuals. Please give us a call to find out what we need from you in order to submit your claim. Usually, we need tax documents, profit / loss statements, and monthly income statements for businesses; for individuals, there are lesser requirements. If you have not kept up with all of your records, we can help you figure out which documents you need and how to create others from the information you have.
