I am from a people who after slavery had nowhere to go. I am the deceptive "Promise" of 40 acres and a mule. I am from a from a people who were treated so cruel. I am fromthose who after lincoln`s assassination received what was owned to them, then later denied. I am a descendent of the African holocaust in which millions died. I am the words of lincoln stating, "if we didn`t receive land and assistance that we`d be forever be at the mercy of oppressors. I am from a people who 24/7 were made to feel lesser. I am from those who suffered physical abuse and psychological abuse for years to come. I am from the ranaway slave ran baby ran. I am the racist laws, I am jim crow. I am the black codes, the laws which put my people back in slavery after it was apparently over. I am from a people who had so much weight on there shoulders. I am the klan, the klanthat killed 100`s of thousands of my people simplyfor no reason.I am froma people who were treated worst then animals and sold as property but it was "GOD" that made them human beings. Iam the black man hung for just being born.I am the fire, which burned baby burned, the churches, homes, businesses, properties or anything my people owned. Iam from the man-child so terrified to becomegrown. I am the 3/5th`s humun so they say in there law. I am from the so-called lndians who were giving small pox in hopes that it wouldkilled off them all. I am from nothing and they hate me with a passion sotheysay. I am from those whothey called "N*GGER" who worked from sun up to sun down and received no pay. I amfrom those who`s women were raped constantly while they spit in the mens face. I am from a people who for hundreds of years have been called an inferior race. I am of the oppressed my culture different from the oppressor like night and day. I am from a people who were giving a religion but told they couldn`t go to were s0-called whites prayed. I am of the confused. I am of the lost. I am of the mistreated and lied to. I am from those who had to do whatever they could for there own survival. I am Amerikkka come to the ghetto`s you`ll created and see, my culture deeply rooted in slaveryand racism in Amerikkka, so Amerikkka is me.
