Hi! Welcome to my little corner of the web. I'm not very good at building web pages, but I'm tryin'! Anyway, let me introduce myself. My name is Jill, I am 21 years old and I have been on weight watchers since May 31, 2003. I love to program and am very excited to be eating healthy and feeling great! Here are a few things I have noticed since I've been On Program (OP):
- When I work out, I sleep sooooo much better
- My blood pressure has gone from 140/90 to 106/65
- I no longer feel like the angel of death in the morning
