The idea behind this website is to assist you in making a qualified
decision on whether you should invest time and effort to create a
website. I will try to give both sides of the argument in an impartial
manner.
You can evaluate these arguments and then come to a rational decision. As far as possible, the sole intention of this site is to prevent you investing time, effort and money in a futile and unproductive situation. If, however, after evaluating said arguments you decide to create a website, then the Links section will provide some links to other sites that can be useful to you, and budding webmaster.
My Usability Guide section, lists out the usuability factors that need to be considered when planning and designing the website. I hope that this site will be of great use and if you find it so, please pass this site's URL (address) to a friend who may benefit from it.
