Most of the trips that are offered include meals, food, beer, trip t-shirt, transportation and housing. There are always a fee that is labled as a disaster fee in which I use incase of emergency such as transportation breaking down, food shortage, damage to housing, and in extreme circumstances beer shortage. The disaster fee if not used is the trip leaders reward for planning the trip right. If there is extra money after the trip is done I have to keep the extra due to other trips that I plan I usually have some problems that happen that I get shorted on money. I will never ask the group for extra money for the trip due to the disaster fee. If I do ask for money it is because our transportation broke down or we need to bail someone out of jail, lol. Has not happened yet, but it might.
I try to make all the trips as affordable as possible. I also try to make sure everyone is included and having fun during our trips to make it the best possible. There are many different trips to choose from some are small and only require a couple of bucks, other trips cost a $1,000 dollars and are for a couple of weeks at a time. All of the trips are safe, I would not put myself or anyone else in danger during a trip.
