Now my BACKGROUND Tag isn't working!!!!(using Frontpage)
Let's try looking at it in Netscape....Results: Didn't work!!!!
Is Frontpage the problem? I erased all the default frontpage code, so that can't be it?
How about BGCOLOR? Nope.
BGCOLOR: specifies a COLOR.
BACKGROUND: specifies an image. It works NOW (in Dreamweaver).


More Problems:
I try adding Width and Height attributes, such as ...LAYER TOP=25 LEFT=25 WIDTH=5% HEIGHT=5%
No success. It works NOW (in Dreamweaver).
