This new bungalow is 400 square feet on a second level and has a 400 square foot patio above. Ceilings are roman arched brick. Floors, kitchen and bath are tiled. Air-conditioned but with lots of windows and the bedroom area is designed for free airflow. Completely furnished, including microwave, electronic stove, refrigerator, television, Mexican style dishes, toaster and blender. TV included and has DSS satelite service to U.S. It takes me 4 minutes to walk to the beach. Included is airport transportation, use of bicycles and tennis and beach gear. There are nearby free tennis courts. Minimum rental period is one month. Rental is $650 U.S. monthly. Includes all utilities. The unit is in a nice neighborhood with an ecological park across the street, a green area on three sides and a view of the mountains. We are committed to making your visit thoroughly enjoyable.
