Future Squirrel Dogs
Below are a pair of future squirrel dogs.
Four weeks old. Ain't they cute!
Trigger and Pearl were whelped 7-16-01. These are the CODYXSOCKS pups. A little young still but I hope to get a picture of them next season with a pile of squirrel.
Alabama Squirrels & Dogs
This is an Alabama bunch. L to R- Toby Ayers,Todd Ayers(kneeling)and Mack Ledbetter. Dogs L to R- Ring, Remington and Socks(Pearl & Triggers mama). Mid February hunt, break for lunch and quit at 2:00 PM. I think they treed about 40 and put 31 on the tailgate. What a day, don't know about the hunters but the dogs must be awesome.
Socks and BB Treed
BB is up on the tree and Socks is treeing back. Socks is Trigger and Pearls mama. BB is out Cody and Rat. Cody is a Sport bred feist, he belongs to Delane Widener. Rat is a Kemmer bred feist, she belongs to Mack Ledbetter. BB will be bred to a Kemmer feist. The next little pup I add to my string will be sired by BB. Mack has high hopes that BB will prove himself as a producer as he has proven himself as squirrel dog. BB is young and he started young.
