Jet Black is Spikes bounty hunting partner. Jet Gets along with Spike, but sometimes he gets mad because Spike seems to come and go as he pleases without notice. Jet claims to be a decryption master. He use to be a cop until he was set up by his cop partner, and his arm was shot off causing him to have to get a robotic arm. Hes an Old guy. Know as the Black Dog.
