This story was begun well over a year ago. I envisioned this
character, Tara Vincent, who sort of came out of nowhere and
just nagged at me until I got her into a story. Later, I
read Gina Dartt's
Counselor Series, and was absolutely amazed by the
similarities. It's really eerie. So I gave up the whole
idea of this piece, since I didn't want people thinking I
stole it from Gina.
Tara didn't give up.
And so, it turned into a major work, which I have decided to
post in parts for the sake of my readers and their browsers.
