It is commonly known as "FIVE-FIVE-FIVE".
FIVE attitudes for my daily formation:
1. Being in the presence of God ...... to become perfect Gen 17:1
2. Being away from criticizing ......... to welcome Christ in others
3. Being away from complaining ..... to welcome Christ in me
4. Being available for service .......... to become a missionary
5. Being a Peacemaker .................. to become Christ-like
FIVE Moments for my daily prayer:
1. Reading the word of God ............ to feed my soul
2. Meditating on God's words ......... to get spritual strength
3. Sharing the Eucharist ................... to strengthen my team life
4. Visiting the blessed Sacrament ..... to be with Jesus, my brother
5. Praying the Holy Rosary .............. to be with Mary, my mother
FIVE Occasions for my daily practice of Charity:
1. Everyday ................................ in the name of Christ
2. Five concrete occasions are .... with assistance of Holy Sprit
3. Chosen by me ........................ to the Glory of God the Father
4. To make myself model ............ I am concious of myself
5. In the life of love ..................... as a voluntas
