Hypnotherapy is done in person. Life Coaching can be done in person, on the phone, or through email. Therapeutic Imagery can be done in person, or over the phone.
Each session lasts between an hour to an hour and a half. The modality used will be determined at the beginning of each session and will be what will best serve you. Each session includes either e-mail or phone call follow-up.

Three Sessions......................$250
Six Sessions..........................$500
Nine Sessions........................$700
You receive a discount for purchasing multiple sessions at one time. Sessions can be scheduled as close together as a week apart and no farther than one month apart.
