Mavick: Man, if only I can make this ppv somehow...

(There is a knock on the door.)

Mavick: Come on in.  The door is unlocked.

(Camera pans to see Duncan McCloud coming in with his
XWA world title belt.)

Mavick: Hey champ, what can I do for you?  Great match
out there tonight by the way.  You ready for your
match next week?

Duncan: Yeah, as always.  But what?s the matter
Mavick, something on your mind?

Mavick: No, it?s just I have been trying to come up
with something to make the World War III match stand
out.

Duncan: Well sorry for being unable to help.  I plan
on still being champ at the ppv, so don?t think I can
participate in the battle royal match...Oh say, have
you tried calling you know who...See what he says. 

Mavick: You mean...

(Duncan nods.)

Duncan: Plus PWX is down, so he should have some free
time hopefully.

Mavick: umm, I know huh, why didn?t I think of that.
Let me get him on the phone right now.

(Mavick dials a number.  Nothing can be heard from the
other person on the phone.)

Mavick: Hey man, this is Mavick.
...
Mavick: Yeah, I'm doing good, yourself?
...
Mavick: Nothing much, I was wondering if you have any
plans in the upcoming weeks.
...
Mavick: XWA is having its second annual World War III
ppv, and I thought it would be great if you can
participate in the World War III battle royal match.
...
Mavick: Who?s in it?  Heaps of superstars.  You got
Mary Jane Montez, Shane Montez, Brandon S. Yelder,
Duncan McCloud...

(Duncan interrupts Mavick.)

Duncan: Hey, what are you talking about? 

...
Mavick: Yeah, it is him.  You want to talk to him?  OK
hang on.

(Mavick hands the phone to Duncan.)

Duncan: Hello.
...
Duncan: Yo, what's up man. 
...
Duncan: Yeah, nothing much, so much work being XWA
world champ these days you know?
...
Duncan:  I know.  So are you thinking of taking
Mavick?s offer to join XWA again?
...
Duncan: No, I am not in the match, I have a world
title match at the ppv, and Mavick says the world
champion is not allowed.  I plan on keeping the title,
so no, I am not part of it.  Do you know who might be
in the match though?
...
(Mavick seems to have an idea and motions to Duncan to
give him the phone back.)

Duncan: Listen man, Mavick wants the phone back, talk
to you later.  Take it easy bro.

(Duncan hands the phone to Mavick.)

Mavick: Forgot to tell you, did you know that he might
be in it?
...
Mavick: Yep.  You got it.  So are you in?
...
Mavick: Cool.  Can?t wait to see your presence at the
ppv itself.
...
Mavick: No sure...if you want to show up this week, it
is perfectly fine with me.  I?ll see ya next week
then.  Alright, take it easy.

(Mavick hangs up.)

Mavick: Alright man, thanks for reminding me Duncan,
he is showing up next week.

Duncan chuckles: No problem.  We should say thanks
though to Cruncher though is more like it.

Mavick laughs: Yeah.  And who knows, if you win your
match and he wins his, it might be you two going at it
for that very title.

(Mavick slaps the XWA world title on Duncan?s
shoulder.  Mavick is walking out of his office.)

Mavick: Man, you made my day!!!

(Duncan holding his belt.)

Duncan sighs: Yeah...

This was a battle between 2 former Iwf Jl champions. Tupac Shakur dominated for most of the contest but after missing a dropkick off the top rope Taskmaster took over and Ended Tupac's comeback with a brutal Final Task for the 1,2,3.

Flash  vs Marcus K Yelder

Prior to this match I asked the Question who Wanted it more and it was answered by none other than the charismatic Assassin. Flash pulled off one hell of an upset despite the tactics of Mky and his fellow Ministry members. Amy Suicide came off the top rope and tried to hit flash with the Suicidal Tendency but Paul Pain came out and made the Save, Marcus enraged attacked Pain who gave him a Pain Killer for his trouble. Flash Then came off the top rope and hit his variation of a moonsault and Pinned the former X division champ for the win.

Synyster Vs "Simply Excellent" Shawn Shamrock

Synyster continued his domination tonight, after pinning Shawn Shamrock with The Ultimate Sin. Shamrock nearly had the match won but Anthony Montez came to the ring and distracted the excellent one long enough for Syn to turn the tide of fate and pick up another victory

Ja Killer(ch) vs Vinny Gambino

The Man known as  Ja Killer won again. his  Comeback isn't just a fluke, he continued his comeback with a great match against former champion Vinny Gambino. It was a close one down the stretch but Ja Killer  hit Gambino with devasting Piledriver off the middle rope to successfully defend his newly won Lightweight title.

World War 3 Chamber Qualifying match

"The Personal Jesus" Brandon S. Yelder Vs Paul Pain

 

The first Xwa meeting between Brandon  S Yelder and Paul Pain was everything anyone could have hoped for. After exchanging holds back and forth for several minutes, Brandon and Paul turned their match into a street fight, both men fought hard and with a brutal effiency. The Hardcore champion had this match well in hand when out of nowhere Marcus K Yelder paid Paul for his earlier interference and cracked him in the face with a brutal steel chair shot that knocked Pain out and gave Brandon the win.

Main Event

THREE WAY ELIMINATION MATCH

for the XWA WORLD TITLE

Cruncher  Vs Shane Montez vs Duncan McCloud (ch) 

 

A Definite match of the year contender occurred tonight, all three of these men are future hall of famer's, in fact all three are and they truly put on an award winning performance. Cruncher was Dominate right off the bat the smaller of the three men, Cruncher used his incredible speed and agility to overwhelm Montez and McCloud. Cruncher dumped McCloud to the outside as he and Montez continued to engage each other in mortal combat. Cruncher and Montez went back and forth until the former Xwa champion managed to hit his patented Purorana, Cruncher was about to eliminate Montez when Kryptonite-X and Curse Coltrane made their presence known again. Coltrane distracted the ref as Kryptonite snuck in behind Cruncher and attempted to connect with his X-Downfall finisher but Cruncher managed to block it and sent curse and K-x to the floor below. Shane Montez quickly rose to his feet and managed to catch "The Living Legend"  off guard with  The sensational spike it was all but academic after that and Shane Montez eliminated Cruncher at 12:20 into the match. McCloud snuck back in the ring as Montez celebrated his victory over his hated rival and nearly took his head off his shoulders with a brutal clothesline to the back of the Neck of shane Montez. McCloud moved quickly as he continued his brutal assault on Montez. Montez seemed like he had nothing left but he somehow managed a come back and turned the match into a true battle once again. Montez and McCloud quickly gained a second wind and started hitting high spots out of this world. McCloud Managed to gain control of the match, dropping Montez to the mat with an Anderson drop. McCloud went to the top rope and went to end the match with his Six Star Press finisher, but Montez moved halfway through the move and McCloud landed on the mat horribly, landing on back of his head. Shane Montez suddenly saw his opportunity and sprung quickly to his feet and leapt onto the top turnbuckle and hit the Ode to seth, McCloud was out cold and Montez Pinned him for the 1,2,3 and Won His First XWA Heavyweight Championship! The Entire Montez clan flooded the ring and hoisted the Shooter above their heads as Shane Montez celebrated his title win.
