walk on the ocean:
my summer at cape hatteras national seashore
As most of you know, I spent this past summer as an intern at Cape Hatteras National Seashore. I was hired through
the Student Conservation Association. They helped match me up with the
position, and paid me a whopping $50 a week. I mainly worked with shorebirds, like the American oystercatcher and the piping
plover, but I also did some sea turtle work. I've divided my pictures up into sections to make it less overwhelming. If
you're a CAHA person wanting to download stuff, right click on the picture, then click "save picture as" (if using Explorer)
to save the picture to your computer. Enjoy!
