The Little Nell Poems
Written and ilustrated by Craig Gilbert

Little Nell was slicing ham
Just like her boss had told her.
But Nell was overzealous
And she carved up to her shoulder.

Little Nell loved jewelry
And Nell's a wretched swimmer.
She dove in, sank and can't be reached
Not even with the skimmer.

Little Nell had allergies
To dust and lawns just mowed-ed.
She pinched her nose to block a sneeze
And Nellie's head exploded.

Little Nell wore razor blades
Through which her necklace threaded.
She heard a noise and turned to look
And promptly was beheaded.
