Featuring Cheryl on Vocals & Drums,
Shannon on Bass & Vocals, Aron on Guitar & Mary-Jane on guitar The Plath play a heavy
mixture of rock steady drumming, thick anchoring bass lines and edgy
guitar riffs. Together with their political and emotional lyrics they
create a sound which is angry and moving.
In the short time they have been together
they have already put out their s/t debut record on their own label,
toured through the USA & Canada playing memorable shows &
festivals such as Estrofest, Femme Fest, Sylvia Plath Day, Rebel Girl,
Pride 2001, Apocalypse WOW & Wavelength 75. As well as organizing Ladyfest Toronto an annual benefit for Interval House a local women's Shelter.
