July 2005: Well, it has taken me a year to add to the website, but I guess better late than never. Maybe one of these days I can finally start adding to it month-to-month as I had originally planned. The summer has kept us pretty busy. Nothing too eventful, but maybe that's a good thing for a change. Derek seems to be enjoying patrol, though he is pretty sore & tired by the end of the day. My sweet Yukon is pictured above, with the pear tree that I'm so proud of pictured in the background. Yukon is doing well. Shedding lots these days with all the heat, but otherwise okay. Derek and I have been debating about adding the pitter-patter of four new paws to our family, but we have yet to agree on whether to do it. As for me... I'm still keeping fairly busy with work and school. Yukon and I still go rollerblading at night together (well, he trots and I try to keep up on rollerblades) and I'm still trying to become a green-thumb with my flowers. |
