HISTORY:
Original band members Alan
& Yvonne began playing together in 1998 when ‘Motif’ formed.
From here, having played various Dublin venues such as Eamon Dorans & the
‘Ruby Sessions’ in Doyles of College Green, the band parted company
& they both went on to form ‘Salt Pride’ with two new members.
‘Salt Pride’ continued recording & playing other venues including
Isaac Butts, The Castle Inn & Sir Henrys of Cork.
After a short break & more recording, Sevron came together in 2001. They
are presently planning to record some new material with a style that is hard
to find anywhere else in the current music scene as it is. Catch them regularly
at Dublin venues such as the Voodoo Lounge & Isaac Butts.
