Brand new fucking songs... james touches himself!!!!!! We had a pretty "fruitful" session today, where lyrch wrote this kickass DOOM song... not DOOM the game but DOOM as in the sound. I kinda didn't like it at first, but I think it rules now after listening to it a dozen x a million times.

Today we wrote some new songs, and they were amazing. In my opinion, better than the whole album...
Japanese Folks... - Yeah, I dunno the whole title, but Lyrch did this all by himself, and it is amazing.. Dance dance a-go-go.
Cancer Sealed Our Friendship - A dynamic song about the kind of friends you meet when your mom goes to a bingo hall and you're being babysitted. While Adam's vocals are anti-melodic (aren't they always?), Brandon is playing this neat spy groove, and Lyrch is going fucking nuts. Big Black meets Placebo, I say!
Disobey Your Colon - Starting off with kind of a faux swinging groove, this song is about living inside a candle. The best bass line Brandon has ever wrote, I think... And Lyrch does some neat-o things with his guitar (doesn't he always?). Wax meets Swing Kids (not the guys with Justin Pearson, the OTHER Swing Kids...), I say!
Ziebart Tidy Car Fuck You - Definitely Lyrch's song, this is a moody, melodic piece. Adam even plays organ on here... Organ! It'll make you have an organsm! Jesus Lizard makes love to Naked Raygun, I say! (Sorry, just trying to earn my indie rock credentials...)

HI, WE'RE RUINHORSE!!!! We're SUPERHUMAN. The world famous cell phone teamsters died alone and fearful that august mor. And not a single tear fell in their honor. We're fun, we're real, we're pretty. There are a lot of people who touch us in life, like a catastrophic event teetering on the lines of the meandering and perverted, not to mention the self-righteous few that make life worth living... like a punch in the face or the bullet that killed kennedy, so much impact and power. It'll be recorded and studied for years to come. We've got the fucking power.
