What I consider the best solution-get Mozilla! Mozilla is a browser where you can disable pop- up ads right in the browser. (Not to mention it's open source/free software..) Once you've downloaded whatever version is recommended for your OS and for first time users and installed it, follow these steps to get rid of pop-ups:

     -Click Edit at the top of the browser
     -Choose Preferences
     -Click on the advanced category
     -Scripts & Plugins
     -Uncheck Open Requested Windows

I've only recently downloaded it but my understanding is there are all kinds of interesting features and the Mozilla site can help you out with anything else you need help with.

There are also pop-up killers that you can purchase or download but I've read/heard some not so promising things about these programs. If you research it and feel confident enough to use one, go for it. One I've had recommended to me is proxomitron.

Other than that, you'll have to wait until I

          1)pay five bucks a month for this site or             
          2)move my site to a pop-up free environment.
