Explorer Captain

The captain is responsible for the overall operation of the post. He/she is Responsible for the proper utilization of the lieutenant(s) and sergeant(s) to ensure that all orders are carried out properly. The captain is responsible for the control and discipline of the lieutenant(s) and sergeant(s)


Explorer Lieutenant

The lieutenant assists the explorer captain or advisor(s) in any matter deemed necessary.He/she is responsible for the actions of the squads. He/she is responsible for the direct supervision of the explorers in the field. He/she must carry out all the orders, assignments and properly supervise and utilize the explorers to ensure that all orders are carried out properly, promtly and efficiently.


Explorer Sergeant

The sergeant will take charge of small details and will assume the responsibility and duties of the lieutenant should the lieutenant be absent. The sergeant is the first step in the chain of command, the first step in upward communication.


Senior Explorer

The senior explorer is responsible for calling and notifying the explorers of upcoming details in the absence of the sergeant. The senior explorer will be responsible for uniform/equipment issuance, maintenance, and inventory.


Explorer

The explorer is responsible for his/her actions. The explorer obtains from their sergeant, information from meetings or details from which he/she was absent. The explorer carries out all orders properly, promtly, and efficiently.
