Walker/Jones Campaign picking up steam going into the General Election.

The Walker/Jones campaign picked up a number of major endorsements to add to an already impressive list that included The O’WeatherGuy Factor, Metamorphosis, and Seth Hinshaw.  The Site Diety, RParker, has decided to give the nod to the team also, as well as a glowing endorsement from charter member p o l i t i x USA.  Former candidate for President Matthew Easton recently dropped out of a dead heat for the Democratic nomination to throw his support toward the campaign.  Additional impressive endorsements came from Joshua L., nystate63, JR725, TexasDemocrat06, Joe, and the Likud Presidential nominee John Haring.

When asked about the endorsements of the campaign, Thomas Walker indicated that he was pleased to see so many highly-respected and active members were attracted to his campaign.  “We all have a common goal”, Walker stated, “We all have very similar core beliefs regarding the present and future of this site.”

The field of candidates is very strong for this election.  Both Scott Mattson and Bob Heaney have strong support that will be difficult to overcome.  It will take a great deal of effort and energy to get the duo of Walker/Jones over the top, but it’s no more than the level of effort we’ve seen at OurCampaigns.com from Thomas Walker already.  He’s been a frequent contributor to the site in so many ways.  Additionally, he’s taken the time and effort to contact member privately to inform them of his platform and intentions.  He’s put a great deal of effort into this campaign.  In less than a week, we’ll soon find out if it was enough to push him into the Presidency currently held by our current esteemed President, Scott "Unsaintly Leroy" K.
