1) When you're eating bread, eat wheat instead of white.

2) Don't glop on the condiments - they're useless calories overall.

3) Drink water during meals.

4) Avoid alcohol - it's just full of empty calories.

5) Don't be so generous with things like frosting.

6) Don't add extra salt.

7) Don't add extra sugar (like to your cereal or anything).

8) Drink skim milk.

9) Drink diet soda.

10) Don't fill your coffee with crap like extra sugar and tons of cream. It may taste better like that, but it just adds on the calories.

11) Don't have too many crackers with your soup - they're full of salt.

12) Eat your strawberries plain instead of with powdered sugar.

13) If you're having a cookie, have it plain - don't add extra frosting and sprinkles.

14) If you're having ice cream, don't add any extra chocolate sauce.

15) Don't fill your tea up with extra honey and sugar. A bit is fine, but don't overdo it.

16) Have only JUST ENOUGH light salad dressing.

17) Avoid mayo if you can.

18) If you can avoid eating bread, do it.

19) Don't overdo it with the veggie dip... just eat the vegetables plain.

20) If you're having chips, don't dip them in anything other than salsa.
