This site offers an updated look and layout and is focused on Attorney Oden's current practice, which is litigation: primarily criminal defense (hence the Minnesota DWI Lawyer monniker) and civil trial litigation, such as predatory lending and probate litigation. Predatory lending: Mr. Oden represents people who have been scammed, cheated, or otherwise defrauded in the lending process; particularly in homebuying.
