Missouri Hogshead Exposition

New Grass music group The Missouri Hogshead Exposition , originally consisted of members Michael Ellington, Fred Lail, Al Fogelman and John Lindley . After a few years of extensive touring Al Fogelman decided he could no longer keep up the pace and the group disbanded briefly. After auditioning several perspective replacements Neil Swan took over the spot vacated by Al. This configuration stayed the same until their final performance in 1986. There was one Studio recording and one Live compilation of their unique sound. Years ahead of their time, their music still sounds fresh today years after they all went their separate ways.
