Welcome to my weight watchers points page.This is a site for me to compile my information in one spot on following the weight watchers points program.

The weight watchers points program is the easiest way to lose weight in my opionion!! All you do is look to see how many points a day you need based on your currant weight,then stick to it!! You can use the online points calculator to figure out values of everyday foods,and search through the huge selection of recipes I have provided.I have also given a link to an online journal in which you can keep track of the amount of points you use per day.

How many points a day do you need?

WW Point Ranges (Daily)
Less than 150 pounds 18-23
150-174 pounds 20-25
175-199 pounds 22-27
200-224 pounds 24-29
225-249 pounds 26-31
250-274 pounds 28-33
274-299 pounds 29-34
300-324 pounds 30-35
325-349 pounds 31-36
More than 350 pounds 32-37


If you are breastfeeding,add 10 extra points unless your baby is on solids as well.
