Suspension; NO LATE MODEL SUSPENSIONS.ex.(FLOATING 4 LINK'S)OR (Aftermarket 5th COILS AND TORQUE ARMS)AND(Z-links) tubular upper a-arms o.k., oem lowers. stock type steering linkages. no rack and pinions. racing springs o.k. 1 shock per wheel only. quickeners o.k. break valves o.k. adj. holes o.k. any type automotive rear allowed . 9 inch o.k. ANY FACTORY TYPE SUSPENSION. ( 3-links:splayed 4-links;leaf springs:old truck arms;2-link with solid mount torque). any oem type rear linkages o.k. Any 3rd link o.k.j-bar or panhard bar o.k. ,bottom trailing arms oem. cast spindles and calipers only. suspension mounting holes can be moved in order to accomidate 9 inch ford rears. multiple holes o.k. Any gear ratio o.k.

4. Body; 1964 or newer american car. can hull to max. oem sheet metal or fabricated sheet metal as a copy of oem, Both doors, Both quarters 1/2 of front fenders and roof must remain FACTORY LOOKING.(ALUMINUM BODIES ADD 100lb. (50lb between rear wheels and 50lb between front tires.) no slab sides. no tunnel cars.. oem frame from front to rear seam in front of rear end. Uni-frame cars (camaro) can tube from real frame back. may chop top. may move body. any 8 inch spoiler. untouched crates 12 inch spoiler. may use front and rear cap pieces (newer model o.k.). can be open rear. firewall can be oem or fabricated and moved. nerf's o.k. no sharp edges. fender flares o.k., body must appear to duplicate oem. 1982 and newer camaros and firebirds are eligable for this class. Also 1/2 ton pickups are eligable for this class body ,all body and suspensions rules apply to these vehicles.

5. Any oem style trans automatic or straight shift. must have forward and reverse at all times. steel driveshaft only. no direct couplers. automatics can run non oem converter as long as it is min. 10 inch.

6. Tires and wheels; any steel wheel. bead locks o.k. . aluminum wheels add 100lbs(25lbs behind each wheel.) NO carbon fiber wheels. any brand 11 inch economy or spec tire. no open comp tires. steel adaptors and wide five pattern o.k. as long as they are steel. 12 inch wheels o.k.example. Goodyear 40 or 50 Hoosier 44 or 55 or 48, American racer 44, 48, 56,57

7. All super street cars must have full roll cage. 3 bars in front. pick chains front and rear. these cars are fast they will need to be extra safe. fuel cell required. can use tubing around cell for safety. no quick changes. seat must mount to cage. driver must be enclosed from all other compartments and battery. tri. brake pedals o.k. anything not covered is illegal unless approved by track.

8. $350.00 top end tear down. in writing 10 minutes after race. no spite protest. no reverse protest. top 3 only. track keeps a fee.

Sealed crate motor protest $250.00, to pull both valve covers check for oem spring diameter, also check head and block numbers. Must remain factory sealed, with factory break away seal bolts.

HOBBY/STREET STOCK

< 1. Cast iron oem production heads only 1.94/1.6 max valves chevy. oem size valve springs only. no grind or polish marks anywhere. may flat deck for gaskets. ,can use screw in studs and guide plates. any steel rocker with ball and stud trunion (chevy only). May use aftermarket roller rockers no bow tie heads. oem double hump replacement o.k. center bolt valve cover service use vortec heads o.k. oem replacement spec. heads o.k.(4360,4361) 170cc max runner.

2. Any aluminum intakes. no electric fuel pumps. no grind or polish marks anywhere. must be as purchased from manufacture available to everyone.

3. OEM type 2 or 4 bbl.oem carb (quadrajet,rockchester).or 4412 2bbl. Or 750 vac. sec. Holley 3310 series no modifications except re-jet and remove choke plate. 01850 series 600 cfm 100 lb weight break. dist must look all oem and all parts contained with in. no msd boxes ..

4.Hyd. cam and lifters lash rule at valve 6 thousands or .006.anything more is concidered a solid cam, or jumper lifter setting. standard hydraulic cam and lifters only no lift rule or duration rule any standard hydraulic cam.. no degreeing of cam at all double chain o.k.(3-keyways) No hydraulic roller cam or lifters NO mushroom c/l No oversize c/l. collector type headers only. no 180's.

5. Crank and rods must be oem type 3,48/5.7 only in chevy, rod bolt up-grade o.k.. pistons any aluminum 2 or 4 eyebrow oem type only. max cu.in. 362. Engine setback number one plug center spring cup. S/R parts o.k.

6. Trans any oem type automatic or straight shift. in full working order. No removal of internal gears. no light weight parts. flywheel 15lb. min. converter 10" working converter oem min.

7. OEM suspension all upper and lower front and rear arms must remain oem and in oem location. may re-inforce a-arms. Tubelar a-arms ok on front upper. aluminum radiator o.k.

8. Body- stock bumpers may brace. noise piece o.k. if stock bumper shell is underneath. no sharp edges or cattle catchers. loop bar o.k. on front oem sheet metal bodies only. may hull fenders,dash,doors.hood.trunk lid : must remain or replacement firewall. may trim for loop bar. spoilers 8inch or oem o,k,. dual master cylinders 25 lb weight penality. pick chains on front and rear mandatory. nurf bars o.k. no sharp edges. 1964 or newer american sedan no compact sports cars. no body set back 3/8 bolt must fit oem holes. 1982 and up camaros and firebirds with stock strut frontends and stock rear suspension are eligable for this class. 1/2 ton pickups with stock suspensions are also eligable for this class.(Malibu,montecarlo , regal and cutlass are concidered the same).

9. Rear end must be oem automotive type no quick changes. ford 9 ok with factory brackets. must be oem brackets for make of car. all linkages must be oem and in oem location. can lock rears with mini spool or welding no full spools. can use aftermarket stock replacement axels. brakes must be oem on all four wheels. 3200lb plus or minus penalities, with driver at all times no burn off. strictly enforced.

10. Wheels and tires. 10inch steel wheels only. any offsets. bead locks o.k. on right side only. 11inch racing tires only economy or spec no open comp. tires. anything not mentioned here must be oem and in oem location unless approved by track. $300.00 top end tear down. Rear end tear down $75:00; clutch, flywheel and trans $150:00. 10 minutes after race. must come in written form. no spite protest or reverse protest top 3 only. track keeps a fee.

PURE STOCK RULES

1. No swapping of parts from oem to another oem. no ford on chevy or visa-versa. must be as come from factory. 1964 or newer american sedan no compact sports cars or special production cars. 1/2 ton pick-ups o.k. 1982 and up camaro's/firebird's o.k.( malibu,monte carlo, regal,and cutlass are concidered the same).

2. Body must be complete except for removeing glass and flamables. must have factory firewall, floorpan and rear wall. radiator support must remain. can trim for loop bar. trunk can be cut for fuel cell only. 1/2 of inner rear wheel well must remain no see thru's or open rears. factory spoiler or one of equal heigth. nerf bars o.k. no sharp edges. front loop bar o.k. no sharp edges. may hull doors for bars. may take out front fender wells. may hull hood and trunk lid. aftermarket nose pieces [ oem replacement type] must have at least cage around driver or approved post and plate for driver. [full cage recommended] 2 inch belts and shoulder harness required. [quick dis-connect belts recommended].

3. Straight rod steering and steering wheel dis-connect o.k. no quickening devices. everything else must be oem. anything not mentioned here must be oem and in oem location unless approved by track. racing seat o.k. standard type oem automatic or straight shift in full working order as come from factory. 30lb flywheel minimum for chevy. 10 inch oem converter for auto. all in full working order. 100lb weight break for automatic cars. no aftermarket type automatics allowed.

4. Engine must be totally oem except where noted. 362 cu. in max chevy. no modifications or add ons. must pull min. 17lb vacume with idle at 1000 max . no racing parts at all in engine. 2 or 4bbl cast iron intakes. can use factory 305 q-jet aluminum. factory 2 or 4bbl carb. except for holley 4412 50LB weight break for 4412. rods and crank must be factory oem. no double roller chains or degreeing at all. oem all metal replacement chain o.k. factory specs only standard hydraulic cam and lifters only. may flat deck for gaskets only. reduction pullies o.k. aluminum radiators o.k. oem steering pumps only. may overbore for rings. non chevy cars can run different cu.in. and valve size, as long as it's totally stock. pump gas only no racing fuel.

5. Heads must be factory oem non hi-performance cast iron. nothing but standard emissions castings. No C T crates. only oem replacements crates for passenger cars. no aftermerket heads at all, oem type stamped rockers only. no rollers at all may flat deck for gaskets only. may use replacement studs on heads no guide plates. stock size valve springs only.Tin spring shields must remain on spring, 1.94/1.5 valves max for chevy. no porting or polishing or port matching at all. must meet oem spec. no kidney chambered heads allowed on chevy 72 cc min.. must be non-performance heads. no engine setback.

6. cast iron exhaust must have minimum of 24 inch pipe behind exhaust manifold flange. no open exhaust. no grind marks at all in exhaust castings. no special production cast iron exhaust. max 2 1/2 inch pipe. Street type collector headers o.k. 1 5/8" straight tube only. 50lb weight penality.

7. all suspension must remain oem and in oem location no modifications at all. all four shocks must be oem type shocks or oem replacements no racing shocks, mounted in oem location. all four breaks must work and be oem no add-ons. no body setback or engine set back allowed. only factory stock rear ends for your make and model allowed. may lock or weld rears. no mini or full spools 3400lb plus penalities where applicable, after race with driver no burn off. strictly enforced. HOGG CARS ARE ELIGABLE TO RUN PURE STOCK THEY WILL BE EXEMPT FROM VACUME RULE AND MUST BE 111 3/4 INCH WHEEL BASE or longer. AND MUST WEIGH 3600lbs.

8. Wheels must be 8 inches and all steel. any offsets no bead locks. 10 inch tires max. must be dot certified with number on side-wall, No dot number for any reason it is illegal. No racing brand tires at all. recaps o.k. no mud and snow or grip type tires. radials, towel city re-caps. imca approved and stamped g-60 tires.

9. this class will continue to be low cost racing do not abuse this, this is not going to become a "money rules" class. $200.00 top end tear down. in writing 10 minutes after race, no spite or reverse protest. Top three, track keeps a fee. If your car is found illegal on 3 major engine or transmission violations during points season you may be disqualified from point participation or asked to move to hobby. lets keep this class PURE STOCK This class is intended to be a safe low cost class only limited experience drivers are eligible.

SUPER PONY RULES

1. CAR RULES: any foriegn or domestic, front or rear wheel drive, compact car. offered by the oem in a 4 cylinder version. mini trucks and stationwagons o.k. no 4 wheel drives or rear engines. Mustangs o.k. toyota's o.k. Compact pickups are eligable for this class. Must conform to all rules posted.V-6 COMPACT CARS AND TRUCKS MAY RUN IF THEY ARE PONY STOCK.

2. engines and drive train: all engine parts must be of oem origination. max displacement of 2500. plus overbore. all internal parts must meet s/r specs. must be self starting and have forward and reverse gears.may run holley base intake or adaptor or factory oem fuel injection and stock fuel pump on pure cars. 2bbl. holley 500 cfm. max. test gauge legal. no headers o.k. no porting or polishing on any parts.no aftermarket roller lifters or followers or cams. regrinds o.k. may deck heads for gaskets. oem type transmission, may lock pulling axle's. rear ends may be locked. mingling of oem parts o.k. 0 swapping of oem's. example: ford 2300 head on 2000 block.o.k. volkswagon flat tappet head on different oem bottom end.o.k.. racing gas only

3. suspension and wheels and tires: all steel wheels only. 9.5 inches max. beadlocks o.k. 9.5 inch tires max. "30" or harder at all times. all 4 breaks must work and be oem. shocks or struts must be oem type no coil overs on rear wheel drives. can run racing springs and move suspension mounts or holes.or use bought strut bracketo.k. oem type steering linkages. prop. valves o.k.

4. body: can hull where possible no complete tube chassis. front and rear must look oem. spoilers o.k. 8inch max. tops can be chopped or lowered must be oem sheet metal no complete aluminum bodies if you chose to make body panels they must match oem apperance. racing seat and belts and fuel cell are manditory.

5. weight: minimum weight 2000lb. 1 pound per c.c. if claiming over 2000 c.c. weight break for factory based engines. Pure Pony stocks can weigh a minimum of 1600 lb min. And can run any injection system and engine that came in their car. Pure cars must have 8 inch wheels.

6. protest $200.00.00 top end. in writing 10 minutes after race. track keeps a fee.

BUZZ PONY

ANY 1960 OR NEWER COMPACT TYPE 4- Cylinder car or p/u as driven off street. no high end sports cars (porche, lamborgini). no turbo or supercharger. BODY: must remove all flammable material and glass material. Winshield optional or 3 bars and screen. No hulling of any sheet metal except drivers door for cage. double bar and plates behind drivers head and plate on door minimum. recomended inside cage and loop bar. cage pipe 1 3/4 .095 main 1 1/2 .083 all else. Working seat belts or safty belts o.k. safety seat o.k. all non used parts can be removed such as windshield wiper motor, radio, window regulators.

suspension: must remain all stock in stock location, no racing parts. no racing struts or springs. no jacking devices.

engine:must remain stock in stock location and match model and year of car 2.5L 4- cyl max. no racing parts at all no computer mods. may disconnect rpm limiter. no swapping of parts from one model to another. pump gas only no racing fuel. safety cell o.k. with factory fuel pump.

WHEELS any factory wheel, no racing wheels, 7 inch max. recommended racing lug nuts. any 60 or 70 series street radials no racing tires at all.
