This software may be freely distributed in it's original

UNMODIFIED state given that the following terms are satisfied:


   a. The software must be distributed unmodified, in it's

      entirety and not a part of any separate software package

      without the permission of the author.


   b. Inclusion of hacks/cracks, key generators, or any other

      malicious software within the distribution is forbidden.


This software may be used for a total of 30 days in it's

evaluation state.  After these 30 days, if you wish to

continue using this software you must register (see Order.txt,

or FAQ for details).  Any use of this evaluation software without

registering after 30 days is considered illegal.

this program (in evaluation or licensed state).  You may

not distribute a licensed copy of this software.
