| About me |
| What does this application do, and how does it help me? |
This program is designed to help you spend less time doing mundane tasks on your computer. For instance: browsing for a program that you use regularly, or having to sift through the billions of start menu items to run an application. KeyExpress allows you to assign hotkeys to run specific applications, open websites, and more. |
| What is trial software, and how much will this cost me? |
Trial software means you get to try before you buy. You're given 30 days to test and evaluate the
software, and determine if it's something you'd like to own. After these 30 days you have two choices:
you can pay for the software, or you must delete it from your system. |
| Where can I get more help if I need it? |
You can email me at [email], and I'll be glad to help you out. I ask that before you email me a question, you check the FAQs (this FAQ and the Technical FAQ) and the given helpfile(s) to see if your question has already been answered. |
| What are the system requirements? |
The main thing you're going to need to have installed is the Microsoft .NET runtime. For those who
don't think that they have the .NET runtime you can download it at Microsoft's website: |
| How do I use/activate a hotkey? |
Simply hold down the key you designated as the modifier key (whether it's ALT, CTRL, etc) and tap the main key that you selected. Your hotkey should fire off. If it doesn't, then odds are you haven't enabled hotkeys in the main program. Open up the KeyExpress window and press the `Enable' button on the left side of the window. |
