Disable Hotkeys will do exactly what it says; it will disable all of the hotkeys you setup, so KeyExpress won't capture keystrokes any longer. After clicking disable, you can go back to the File menu and press Enable Hotkeys to re-enable them. Or alternatively, you could just press Enable on KeyExpress' main window.
