Your wedding is a very special occasion and we treat it as such. Let us capture the special moments that you can relive over and over again. We use the latest equipment in Video technology to do this. Coverage of your Wedding Day starts at the house with the Bride and Bridesmaids getting ready, hair and makeup etc. This is followed by the Groom, Best Man and the Ushers arriving at the place of the wedding/registry office, the guests arriving for the ceremony, then the Bridesmaids followed by the arrival of the Bride and the person giving her away (usually the Bride's Father.) Next, the actual marriage service and the photograph-taking session outside. The bride and groom leaving the Ceremony for the Reception. Traffic permitting, the cameraman will arrive at the reception first to film the arrival of the bride and groom and the wedding party. The receiving line and the guests taking their places at the tables will be video taped, followed by the grand entrance and seating of the Bride and Groom. No filming takes place during the meal except for the speeches by family and friends. This will be followed by the traditional cutting of the cake by the bride and groom. The evening function will be video taped until approximately 10pm. Booking & Payment. A non-refundable booking fee of $75.00(Checks made payable to KDS International Communications must be paid before any booking can be considered confirmed. If booking by E-mail the booking will be held for seven days to allow checks to arrive. (Please call to ascertain date availability.) After which confirmation will be sent. The remaining balance will be payable 2 weeks before the wedding date. Remember videotaping your wedding ensures that you can relive that joyous day over and over again.
