I am currently working in supermarket retail, yet aspire to greater things.

Now for the selling points:

It's a two bedroom unit in Greenslopes, yet so very close to Stones Corner (5 minutes walk). It's $70.00 a week ($140 a fortnight). Bond of $280. Splitting the gas/power bills, dividing phone bills...usual story.

The unit's on the 3rd floor. There are only 4 units in the block (all the others are occupied by young 'cool' people). Off street parking. Some storage space.

I am 26, strait (male), I don't smoke and I am a very responsible, quiet person.
